Using a hot stone to do your cooking is nothing new, the ancient Egyptians and other civilizations were doing it many hundreds of years ago. These days, there is a slightly more modern approach to classic cooking … by using a hot stone grill.

Who doesn’t like Pizza? I’ve only ever known one person who didn’t, and I know a lot of people! There are a few different variations – deep pan, thin crust etc. but it’s very difficult to recreate what you get at a restaurant or pizza parlor at home, due to the lack of a brick oven. Pizzas from the supermarket or grocery store, cooked in the home oven, just don’t cut it.
