Make Authentic, Delicious Pizza’s with a Pizza Stone Grill
Who doesn’t like Pizza? I’ve only ever known one person who didn’t, and I know a lot of people! There are a few different variations – deep pan, thin crust etc. but it’s very difficult to recreate what you get at a restaurant or pizza parlor at home, due to the lack of a brick oven. Pizzas from the supermarket or grocery store, cooked in the home oven, just don’t cut it.
These days though, you CAN recreate the classic pizza at home using a Pizza Stone Grill!
A pizza stone grill can be used in the oven indoors or, for best results, on a barbecue grill outside. The stone heats up on the grill (or in the oven) and most models come with a thermometer so you can keep an eye on the optimum cooking temperature. The pizza, of course, sits comfortably on the pizza stone grill base and cooks perfectly.
For a lovely wood-smoked flavor you can use wood chips on the barbecue – though unfortunately this is not possible if cooking in the indoor oven.
You don’t even have to stop at Pizza’s! The pizza stone grill can be used to cook a myriad of foods such as fresh bread, biscuits and delicious calzones as well reheat any leftover pizza you might have.
As you can see, the Pizza Stone Grill makes a great addition to your kitchen/barbecue wares, and will give you an extra edge when entertaining guests. As I said before, it’s rare that someone doesn’t like a good pizza, yet they’re not often served at barbecues. Let’s change that.
